BUIlt on partnerships. driven by purpose.
Founded in 2002, The Projects Group (TPG) is a nationally recognized leader in managing complex cultural and community-focused projects, including museums, performing arts centers, historic restorations, large infrastructure projects, medical offices, and large-scale landscapes. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, with offices in Dallas, New York, and Florida, we specialize in creating inclusive, transparent processes that unite clients, designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
TPG is widely recognized as one of the premier project management firms for museums, performing arts facilities, and other architecturally significant spaces. Our work often involves a wide range of specialized partners—from architects and acousticians to theater planners, engineers, and public agencies—coordinating across disciplines to ensure every element aligns with the client’s vision.
We’ve managed over $3 billion in construction projects across the U.S., ranging from $100,000 renovations to $700 million civic arenas. Regardless of scale, our commitment remains the same: to serve as a trusted extension of our clients’ teams, providing strategic oversight, problem-solving, and clarity through every phase of the project lifecycle.
As a
100% employee-owned firm, every member of our team is personally invested in the success of our work. That ownership model fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and long-term commitment—qualities that directly benefit our clients and the communities they serve.
We are 100% Employee-owned.
Real Ownership. Real Commitment.
The Projects Group is proud to be an employee-owned company through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). That means every person on our team is more than a project manager, strategist, or planner—they’re also an owner.
As owners, we don’t just show up for the job—we show up for the long-term impact. We’re personally invested in the success of every project and every client, because when our work thrives, so does our company and our communities.

What is an ESOP?
An ESOP is a qualified retirement plan that gives employees ownership interest in the company. At TPG, our ESOP creates both financial and cultural alignment—ensuring that the people delivering your project have a personal stake in its success.
We became an employee-owned firm in 2015 to reinforce the values we’ve always lived by:
collaboration, accountability, long-term thinking, and shared success.
