Graham Garrison is an Assistant Project Manager, supporting project teams in the planning and delivery of complex capital projects. With a background in real estate, finance, and project coordination, Graham brings a strong analytical foundation and a detail-oriented approach to day-to-day project management activities.


Graham’s experience spans real estate brokerage, development analysis, and client advisory support, where he contributed to market research, financial modeling, lease negotiations, and deal execution. His work has included evaluating project feasibility, developing financial projections, and supporting proposals—skills that translate directly into effective project tracking, coordination, and team collaboration.


At TPG, Graham supports a range of private residential projects, assisting with project organization, consultant coordination, and maintaining alignment between project scope, schedule, and budget. Known for his thoughtful, team-oriented mindset, he works closely with senior leadership and project stakeholders to help ensure projects move forward efficiently and with clarity.
