The Projects Group brings deep expertise in planning, designing, building and project managing performing arts venues, both from the ground up and through transformative renovations. Performing Arts Venues are not just complex buildings, they are intricate systems that must balance architecture, technology, and human experience while supporting the diverse needs of everyone who uses them. We work closely with the architects, engineers, and theatre planners that create these unique spaces — as well as, the operations teams that manage these venues once they are open, inclusive of: front-of-house staff, technicians, actors, stage managers, and general operations teams—to ensure each venue functions seamlessly for performance, production, and patron experience. From acoustics and lighting to circulation and backstage logistics, we guide every step of the design and construction process with a deep understanding of how these environments must perform, both on stage and behind the scenes. Our team has a passion to collaborate and partner with our clients and the entire design team ensuring that all the venues' systems, acoustics, lighting, seating, auditorium design, and other technical capabilities are thoughtfully aligned with the institution’s goals, the venues' intended use, and the needs of those working within the space, now and into the future.
