The Boca Raton Center for Arts and Innovation is a visionary project aimed at fulfilling Mizner Park's original promise by establishing a dynamic hub for creativity, innovation, business, and community engagement in one of Florida's most affluent regions. Conceived in 2018 by The Center for Arts and Innovation, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the city's cultural landscape, the project plans to feature six adaptable performance and event spaces—both indoor and outdoor—with seating capacities ranging from 99 to 3,500, accommodating up to 6,000 attendees. In October 2022, the City of Boca Raton formally approved the development, marking a significant milestone in bringing this cultural epicenter to life.
In early 2023, The Projects Group (TPG) was engaged to assist The Center in selecting a design architect team and to oversee the project's progression through to completion. In September 2023, the renowned Renzo Piano Building Workshop was chosen to design the creative campus, underscoring the project's commitment to architectural excellence. TPG's role encompasses managing the design and construction phases, ensuring that the center not only meets the highest standards of quality and functionality but also becomes a landmark cultural destination for Boca Raton and the broader Gold Coast community.
