The Caceria Building
Fort Worth, TX
This seven-story office building sits on a 50'x100' site in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. This building houses multiple tenants and was in need of expansion space for the owner, whose corporate offices were in an adjacent structure built in the 1940's. The concrete-frame building is clad in Texas limestone, granite, and brick and respects the early 20th-century downtown Fort Worth fabric and architecture.
Accolades: The building received the "Excellence in Construction Merit Award" for a commercial building ($10-$25m) category, recognized by TEXO-DFW Chapter of AGC and ABC, 2009.
The project also received the "Best Office Building Award", recognized by Texas Construction, 2009
