National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame
Fort Worth, TX
The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame is the first completed project of the Western Heritage Master Plan. The Projects Group provided Owner's Representation Services for management and oversight of this Museum.
The museum was a complex project requiring the close coordination of many disciplines including the work of design architects, the architect of record, exhibit designers, store designers, and engineers to bring the Owner’s vision to reality.
The project features a series of bas-relief panels depicting the spirit of the American West. A large mural on one side of the building, done in the heroic style typical of deco architecture, faces the pedestrian boulevard and gives patrons a sense of the strengths and character of the cowgirl.
