Texas Trust CU Theatre at Grand Prairie

In the aftermath of Winter Storm Uri, AEG Presents turned to The Projects Group (TPG) to serve as the Owner’s Representative for the repairs and rehabilitation of the Texas Trust CU Theatre.

The project included replacing most HVAC equipment, concessions equipment, much of the specialty theatrical equipment and lighting (including Gala lift), FF&E, and most finishes in the venue, including all 6,436 seats.

We continue providing facilities-management support, including managing chiller replacements, building automation system upgrades, restroom and suite upgrades, and selection support for the current third-party facility operator.
