Brenden Tucker is a seasoned Project Manager with more than eight years of experience. His background includes managing complex projects across a wide range of sectors, including performing arts facilities, mixed-use developments, private residences, utility infrastructure, and large-scale systems installations. Brenden brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to his work, grounded in a deep understanding of construction processes, field coordination, and schedule-driven delivery.


Prior to joining The Projects Group, Brenden developed extensive experience overseeing projects that required close coordination among multiple trades, teams, and stakeholders across different regions. His work has included infrastructure and utility rehabilitation projects, automated conveyance and baggage handling system installations, and high-end residential construction. Across these efforts, Brenden was responsible for day-to-day project management functions including schedule and budget oversight, contractor coordination, reporting, and on-site leadership—often within active facilities or constrained environments where safety, precision, and communication were critical.


Brenden’s leadership style emphasizes productivity, accountability, and respect across all teams he works with. He is committed to fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders and believes that clear communication and thoughtful coordination are essential to successful project outcomes. Passionate about seeing projects take shape from concept to completion, Brenden takes pride in delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations and supports long-term project success. He enjoys spending time outdoors—fishing, hunting, hiking, and golfing—and values opportunities to recharge in nature outside of work.
