Jessica Steel is a Senior Project Manager with more than a decade of experience leading construction projects across cultural, residential, commercial, and civic sectors. From ground-up developments to complex renovations, she brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every phase of the process—helping clients manage risk, align priorities, and turn ambitious visions into reality.


With a background that blends field coordination, office operations, and stakeholder engagement, Jessica is known for creating inclusive, relationship-driven environments where teams feel supported and projects stay on track. Her portfolio includes art installations, performing arts venues, community centers, and mixed-use developments—always with an eye toward long-term impact and design integrity. Clients value her ability to navigate complexity with clarity, advocate for their priorities, and deliver results without compromising the vision.


Based in TPG’s Fort Worth office, Jessica has deep regional expertise across North Texas and regularly collaborates with design and construction partners throughout the state. She holds an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College and is currently completing her Bachelor’s in Business Management at Weatherford College.


Jessica serves as President of the NAWIC Fort Worth Chapter (#1) and is an active member of CREW Fort Worth, where she supports mentorship, professional development, and greater representation for women across the AEC industry. She believes that well-built spaces don’t just serve a function—they create meaningful change in the communities they’re built for.
