Pam has 40 years of experience managing the full cycle of large-scale urban and architectural construction projects from design to delivery. Throughout her career, Pamela has overseen over $1B worth of construction projects, with a diverse portfolio spanning landscape, open space, cultural institutions, educational facilities, and civic projects. Her technical background in landscape architecture, combined with her expertise in architecture, historic restoration, and civic engagement, enables her to deliver projects that meet both functional and aesthetic goals.
Pamela is deeply committed to the preservation of the natural environment, sustainability, and the impact of the built environment on human health. Her approach to design and project management emphasizes creating spaces that not only enhance their surroundings but also improve the well-being of the communities they serve.
Prior to joining TPG, Pamela’s professional experience included 25 years as a Project Executive at Levien & Company, where she managed complex urban and architectural projects. She also served as Director of the Capital Program at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and practiced landscape architecture at HOK. Pamela has worked with a wide range of clients, including private, public, university, cultural, and nonprofit sectors, and has led numerous public-private partnerships. Notable clients include Columbia University and the New York City Parks Department.
At TPG, Pamela leads the New York office, overseeing key projects such as the Goizueta Stage for Youth and Families in Atlanta, the New Britain Museum of American Art in Connecticut, and the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens Facilities Report, in Texas. She is known for her ability to manage complex projects, engage stakeholders effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
