With over 15 years of experience in architecture, real estate, and project management, Sarah Gill has developed a diverse portfolio across four continents and a wide range of project types. At TPG, she applies her expertise as a Project Executive to lead complex projects and provide strategic oversight for her clients, particularly in the museum, education, and open space sectors.


Sarah is currently overseeing several high-profile projects at TPG, including the Dallas Museum of Art Expansion, the National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame Expansion, and the Fort Worth Country Day Upper & Lower School Renovations & Additions. These projects showcase her strengths in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client expectations, and navigating the complexities of large-scale developments. As an owner’s representative, Sarah ensures that the design and construction processes meet the client’s vision while staying within budget and on schedule. Her ability to identify and mitigate risks, streamline communication, and provide decisive leadership has made her a trusted partner for clients looking for seamless project delivery.


Before joining TPG, Sarah gained significant experience as a project manager and design leader, notably serving as the design architect for the Zeitz MOCCA - Museum of Contemporary African Art in Cape Town. Her extensive background in large-scale urban developments, such as the 350-acre Moffett Park Mixed-Use Masterplan in Sunnyvale, California, and the Google Bay View Campus in Mountain View, has honed her ability to balance both the technical and strategic aspects of project management. Sarah is highly skilled at navigating complex stakeholder groups and maintaining a clear vision throughout the project lifecycle.


Sarah is a licensed architect in California and Texas. Her approach blends sustainable, integrated design practices with a collaborative project management style that builds strong, high-functioning teams. Sarah is an active member of the Dallas Environmental Commission, further demonstrating her commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Sarah is dedicated to solving complex problems, driving innovative solutions, and ensuring that every project she manages not only meets but exceeds client expectations.
