Senior Project Manager

Taylor Hansen is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with more than a decade of experience delivering complex capital projects across the museum, cultural, institutional, commercial, heavy civil, and renewable energy sectors. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and dual Canadian–U.S. citizen, Taylor brings a global perspective shaped by managing multimillion-dollar projects across diverse teams, geographies, and organizational structures. His background combines hands-on construction experience with high-level program management, enabling him to bridge the gap between field conditions, design intent, and owner priorities.

At The Projects Group, Taylor manages a portfolio of high-visibility and mission-driven projects, including ongoing work for Texas Christian University, such as the Human Performance Center and related campus improvements. His recent and active work also includes major renovations at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, historic upgrades at the New Britain Museum of American Art and Amon Carter Museum of American Art, and multiple commercial and tenant improvement projects across Fort Worth. Taylor’s project leadership is rooted in a collaborative, servant-leadership approach—strengthened by his expertise in stakeholder coordination, contract negotiation, process improvement, and guiding multidisciplinary teams from planning through successful delivery.

Taylor thrives in roles that require cross-team alignment, clarity, and creative problem-solving, and he is passionate about helping clients realize spaces that strengthen their communities. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and maintains a strong personal interest in projects that enhance the built environment. Outside the office, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and exploring new places.
