Texas Christian University (TCU) is a nationally ranked private university located in Fort Worth, Texas. With a total enrollment of nearly 13,000 students and a 302-acre residential campus, TCU is known for combining rigorous academics, a vibrant campus experience, and Division I athletics. Approximately half of all undergraduates live on campus, and the university maintains a 92.9% freshman retention rate—underscoring its strong student support and community culture. TCU’s academic offerings span liberal arts, sciences, business, performing arts, health, and engineering, creating a dynamic environment for interdisciplinary learning and innovation.
The Projects Group has supported TCU’s capital program since 2015, beginning with early involvement in planning and design coordination for the School of Music and the Van Cliburn Concert Hall. Today, we serve as an embedded extension of the university’s in-house project management team, helping to oversee a wide range of improvements across campus. Our current work includes the Human Performance Center, the renovation of historic Ed Landreth Hall, and a variety of smaller-scale projects spanning infrastructure, athletics, landscape, and student life facilities. Across all efforts, we collaborate closely with university leadership and project teams to ensure each investment supports TCU’s long-term goals and elevates the campus experience for students, faculty, and visitors.
