Morgan McGlothlin brings over 15 years of experience managing construction projects across the cultural, educational, and civic sectors. Known for his collaborative, relationship-driven approach, Morgan specializes in guiding teams through complex projects with clarity, consistency, and care—from early planning through closeout.


Before joining The Projects Group, Morgan spent more than a decade with SpawGlass, where he led high-profile projects including the Amon Carter Museum of American Art renovation and the construction of the Keith House, home to James Turrell’s Skyspace installation in Fort Worth. His ability to bring together owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders has made him a trusted partner on projects that require both precision and diplomacy.


At TPG, Morgan serves as Senior Project Manager for a wide range of capital improvements at Texas Christian University. His background in economics and construction management, along with certifications in Lean Silver, OSHA 510, and Concrete Construction Management, informs his technical expertise and strategic oversight. In 2020, Morgan was recognized as ASA North Texas’ General Contractor of the Year for his leadership on the Amon Carter renovation.


Morgan is based in Fort Worth and is actively involved in local professional and community initiatives. He brings a grounded, people-first perspective to every project—focused on delivering thoughtful spaces that serve long-term institutional and community goals.
