He excels at coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to successful completion.

His passion for the arts is based on his international-award-winning photography, featured in several private and public collections and displayed at the Dallas Museum of Art while he was in high school through a Young Masters exhibition. These relationships are key to maintaining high standards and seamless project delivery, furthering the success of each initiative he leads.

John’s leadership has been integral in many projects, from museums and performing arts centers to private residences and community-focused initiatives. His portfolio includes overseeing the renovation and expansion of the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, the adaptive reuse of an old high school into the first purpose-built public library in over half a century at Abilene Heritage Square, and the cutting-edge digital dome at the Fort Worth Museum of Science & History. He has also managed the design and construction of multiple luxury residences, private runways, and aircraft facilities. Using his engineering expertise, he has led the implementation of multiple novel HVAC and infrastructure projects at museums and performing-arts centers, leading to increased resiliency and reduced cost.

John is actively leading the Fred Rouse Center for Arts and Community Healing project in Fort Worth, combining cultural and healing spaces for all communities.
