Brandon Elms’ journey with The Projects Group (TPG) started over 20 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager. Since then, he’s climbed the ranks to become President, head of the Fort Worth office, and a seasoned Project Executive bringing vision, strategy, and a deep commitment to collaborative leadership to his work.
Brandon has managed some of the most iconic projects in Fort Worth and beyond. As Project Executive for the acclaimed Dickies Arena, he navigated the complexities of realizing an iconic city landmark; and his expertise in cultural spaces shines on projects such as the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, the Museum of Living Art at Fort Worth Zoo, and the Zoo’s Masterplan, a multi-phase transformation of the city’s beloved institution. His work leading the revitalization of Sundance Square, a centerpiece of Fort Worth’s urban landscape, and several high-end residential and mixed-use projects, showcase his versatility across diverse sectors. Brandon’s work is driven by a commitment to quality, sustainability, and making spaces that serve and inspire.
